The cruising segment features the Abbott family on their catamaran, Exit Only, making a Middle East landfall in Salalah, Oman. A new addition for Season 4 is Yoga Onboard - yoga poses designed specifically for boaters by sailor and yoga instructress, Kim Hess. We round out the episode with a boat review of the new Com-Pac 35 and Bob’s “Attitudes”.
