"For their world wide cruising and two circumnavigations, all in two wooden boats that they built with no engines and navigated by conventional means. Their books, videos, DVDs and magazine articles have been read by sailors around the world. They are the only couple to have circumnavigated both east about and west about on boats they built themselves."
